Create a sales strategy that not only achieves the target margin, but is structured in a way that optimizes cash flow resulting in a reduced debt term.
Purchase Agreements
Review of lot/parcel purchase agreements to ensure appropriate representation of municipalities or developers. This includes deposit dates, site specific controls (e.g. architectural guidelines, fencing, etc.), lot possession terms, titling, construction requirements, etc.

Construction
