Project Feasibility
Review all background information to gain a complete understanding of the various development scenarios. Measure development scenarios against market capabilities to recommend the best approach according to highest and best use of land and the developer’s vision. At this stage a project proforma is created.
Design & Engineering Coordination
Assist in selecting a top-tier design and engineering team, which is a pivotal factor for a successful development. Silver Creek will be the main point of contact for the consultants and coordinate their work throughout the process. We will work with the consultants to create a concept plan and servicing strategy that results in the highest yield.
Pre-Development Services
Our team will continue to focus on the concept plan and servicing strategy while closely monitoring the impacts on the business plan and proforma. This level of due diligence will reveal the best approach, which will signal readiness for development. At this stage we will help gain all municipal/regulatory approvals.
Development Management
We take care of every step during development and provide regular reporting throughout the entire process. Our financial modeling program will provide you with a summary of cash-flow and profit margins at any given time, representing actual and forecasted costs and revenues.
