Devin Clarke, Principal

Devin Clarke is a land development professional since 2009. His areas of practice encompass a broad spectrum, including acquisition and due diligence studies, market studies, urban master planning, development proforma, subdivision, development approvals, zoning, and development management.

Devin completed a B.A. in Regional and Urban Planning from the University of Saskatchewan (2008) and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Edwards School of Business (2011). He is a Registered Professional Planner with the Saskatchewan Professional Planners Institute (RPP) and a Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP).

Devin has contributed to the development community through roles including Board Member for the Saskatoon Downtown Business Improvement District (DTN YXE) from 2016 to 2022 and as a Builders Liaison Committee Member for the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders Association from 2017 to 2019. He has also spoken in various capacities at the Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum, Canadian Institute of Planners National Conference, Saskatchewan Professional Planners Institute Conference, and the University of Saskatchewan.

Devin’s approach to development is rooted in efficiency and practicality. Designing and developing communities for over 15 years, he has learned that new developments must balance the vision of the developer, the objectives and policies of the municipality, and the greater good. With a particular emphasis on efficiency, Devin aims to achieve developer’s revenue targets while also designing for the best ratio of infrastructure to tax revenue for the municipality.
